Drew Barrymore’s Flower Beauty X Nykaa enter into an exclusive distribution agreement.

SANDA REACH: MARKET ENTRY STRATEGY& BRAND MANAGEMENT for FLOWER BEAUTY

The Client: Maesa Group owned Flower Beauty, a fast growing global Masstige Beauty Brand.

The Scope:  Creating a Market Entry Strategy & Brand Management Strategy for the American Brand to enter the Indian Market. SANDA is the Brand Guardian in the Territory.

The SANDA Approach:  

SANDA created and executed the strategy for market entry solution into the market, by identifying a sound Indian Partner.

SANDA led the negotiation of the term sheet, negotiation, and facilitated the execution of the agreement.

SANDA worked on the regulatory & compliance’s dossier prep, operations for shipment & exports, Purchase Order activation.

SANDA advised and oversaw all areas of strategic planning such as assortment selection for India, price positioning, competitor mapping,  marketing & digital media plan strategy & activation, omni-chanel entry strategy (online & offline), visual merchandising & store education & audits.

SANDA advised and activated the selection and appointment of the PR & Communications agency for the Barrymore team.

 SANDA is the BRAND REPRESENTATIVE for Maesa Group and is responsible for the development of the brand in the territory.

RESULTS: FLOWER BEAUTY launched in the Indian Market on Feb 8, 2019 on Nykaa eCommerce & 13 Nykaa On-Trend Stores.

The Client: An Indian- American philanthropist  created the giving fragrance and the giving candle products to take to market. 

The Scope: SANDA's mandate is to create a strong 'go- to- market' strategy for the fragrance & the candle to take it market in NY and explore in other regions.  

The SANDA Approach: SANDA's approach is to device a strong distribution strategy in all channels: direct to consumer, pop-ups and independent perfumeries. SANDA also will identify partners for PR and websites and social.
