Simrita Dhillon, executed Italian Luxury Menswear Leader, Ermenegildo Zegna's Market Entry into India in 1999. She is India's first Luxury goods manager. She then followed it up by executing the Market Entry for Hugo Boss for the Franchisee partner, Bin Hendi Enterprises of Dubai.
From 2004 to now, Simrita has advised 14 top international Luxury, Fashion and Beauty Brands on their India Market Entry Strategy. She worked with the Global Retail Legend, the late Marvin Traub in India in 2007-2008. She also co-founded from scratch contemporary women's wear brand GOLMAAL and was responsible for design, merchandising & marketing mix. The Brand became an iconic go-to fashion brand in Mumbai and dominated the independent retail design scene for 12 years. It was backwardly vertically integrated with innovative just-in-time manufacturing capabilities. She created over 5000 commerical designs for GOLMAAL.
In 2013, she was nominated for the FORTUNE/US State Dept Global women's mentoring program and paired with Sara Blakely, founder of SPANX & one of the world's youngest self-made billionaires. Simrita won the Federal Assistance Award from the US Consulate, Mumbai in November, 2013.
From 2014 to now, she is also a partner with the leading Asia Advisory firm: Texere Advisors.
Simrita has been a guest writer for Harpers Bazaar (India), Vogue (India) & India Correspondent for Fashion Magazine (Italy). She served as the guest editor: Vogue Men's Magazine. Simrita has strong & trusted relationships with India's Fashion Editors, Bloggers, Celebrity, Influencers & Stylists.
She divides her time between Mumbai, Milan & New York.

Sartaj Singh Dhillon
Sartaj founded GOLMAAL, a contemporary women's wear apparel concept in Dec 2005 from his parents living room. His foray into manufacturing started when he secured his first order from Sheikh Majed-Al-Sabah of Kuwait, a member of Kuwait's ruling family & owner of Villa Moda in 2004.
Innovating a unique sizing formula in womenswear, he targeted the brand to the mass consumer market in India. This was to became the DNA & differentiation of the brand. Known for its fits and new paradigms in customer service, he started Made to Measure service at mass prices and expanding the retail network. In 2010, Sartaj set up a 200+ machine 'state-of-the -art' Internationally compliant garment manufacturing facility in Bhiwandi (on the outskirts of Mumbai) with affiliations to satellite garment manufacturers with the total capacity of over 40000 units per day manufacturing for top department stores in India and international. He led & managed a workforce of 200 people. He successfully sold and exited the garment manufacturing business and the fashion brand.
Sartaj is now an entrepreneur in Education Tech (EDTech).
He divides his time between India & Japan.

Shivam also runs a YouTube channel and Podcasts geared towards creating valuable personal brands around their names in order to reach more people. He works on the Digital Marketing aspect of consumer brands at SANDA.
He lives between Boston, Pune and Ludhiana.

Prasant is a finance and analytics professional with experience at firms across geographies. Starting his career as a fixed income trader, he moved on to management consulting, where he worked with multiple Fortune 500 companies, SMBs and not-for-profit organizations.
He has a BA from De Montfort University, and an MS from New York University.
His interests lie in using Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence in the areas of finance and marketing.

Paolo has more than 20 years experience in the fashion Industry. He recently served as Global CEO of the MCM brand. Previously he was Group CEO at Furla and Chief Financial officer of the Giorgio Armani group. He also served as President & CEO of Giorgio Armani Hong Kong & Greater China.
Paolo holds Honors in Physics from University of Florence and an MBA from Bocconi University.
He is specialized in Advanced Management at Harvard Business School.
He is a friend and mentor to Simrita Dhillon.
