The Client: American Color Cosmetic Brand which sells primarily in the US Market
The Scope: Creating a Market Entry Strategy for the US Brand to enter the Indian Market.
The SANDA Approach: SANDA proposed to the client, an exclusive nation-wide distributor to build the Sales + Marketing retail network for the international brand. SANDA worked along-side the Client/ distributor to work on the pricing strategy, SKU product assortment, government regulations & testing for importing. We also worked on the Custom & Import Duties, and margin discussions & contracts.
RESULTS: International Client enters the Market in Summer 2018.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR AN ITALIAN MULTI-BRAND RETAIL CONCEPT ENTERING THE INDIAN MARKET
The Client: An Italian Advisory Company of a consortium of Italian Design Companies, launching a retail concept in the Indian Market - Mumbai & New Delhi with strong Indian Partners.
The Scope: SANDA's mandate is to lead the project development in the pre-launch, launch and post-launch phase. SANDA will collaborate with the strong Indian Partners on the contract + retail sides of the Italian Furniture Design Business.
The SANDA Approach: The Retail Advisory + management of this huge project will lead to opening and securing purchase orders from the growing Indian Market in Italian Furniture Design.
