The Client: American Color Cosmetic Brand which sells primarily in the US Market

The Scope:  Creating a Market Entry Strategy for the US Brand to enter the Indian Market.

The SANDA Approach:  SANDA created and executed the strategy for market entry solution into the market, by identified a sound Indian Partner for the US Beauty Brand. SANDA negotiated on the agreement discussion and contract signing stage, MOQ's, following the regulatory government & testing for importing, work on the pricing strategy, SKU product assortment, marketing & digital media plan and execution, omni-chanel entry strategy, VM & Store Training. We also worked on the Custom & Import Duties, and margin discussions & the exclusivity part. SANDA is the Brand Custodian and the liasion office for the US company. 

RESULTS: US Beauty Brand slated to enter the Indian Market in end of 2018.

The Scope: SANDA's mandate is to create a strong 'go- to- market' strategy for the fragrance & the candle to take it market in NY and explore in other regions.  

The SANDA Approach: SANDA's approach is to device a strong distribution strategy in all channels: direct to consumer, pop-ups and independent perfumeries. SANDA also will identify partners for PR and websites and social.
